It’s a bit ironic that Aperol’s own website was a blatant scam in the year 2000.
Aperol’s biggest downfall was that it wasn’t actually cheap. A 20 pack of tequila costs $10, and that’s the price for a single bottle. Aperol was so cheap that the cheapest bottle you could buy was $1.00. It was also famous for being a cheap drink because it wasn’t aged for very long at all. It was only aged for a year.
