I love the variety and quality of ciroc by Rolos. I have used it in many of my dishes, including this one. When I want a flavor and texture similar to ciroc, I look for it in a variety of different types of cresses.
The last time I tried ciroc was almost three years ago, and it was quite different from what I remember. I found it to be very strong, with a strong aftertaste, and I’ve been using it more recently since I couldn’t find any alternatives in my area.
