christina: stronger by design

I’ve shared this before, but I just had to share it again. I feel like people think that if they just put their brains to work they’ll change their life, but I’m here to tell you that they’re wrong.

It’s the same thing with all the things we feel we need to do just to feel better. It’s the same with food. You have to want to eat it, you HAVE to want it bad enough to make it happen, but if you don’t your body won’t take it! I’ve gotten really good at eating all kinds of food because I’m willing to take the risk of making a mistake. But even then, I’m still going to eat just because I want to.

That’s one of the most important points I’ve made in this book.

I’ve made it my mission to eat anything that might make me feel good. I’ve been trying to eat less of everything that just feels good to me. I’ve tried cutting out all sugar, all bread, all sugar-laden drinks, and all kinds of processed foods. I’ve been working on it. Ive lost a lot of weight. Ive gained a lot of self-esteem.

I’ve been cutting out all sugar, all bread, all sugar-laden drinks, and all kinds of processed foods for almost two months. I’m down to around 130 pounds and have lost a lot of my body fat. It feels great to me. It feels amazing. I’m not sure why people don’t do that. Maybe because it’s not fun.

I also do this. At first it kinda freaks me out, but now I just feel good. It just feels good.

I think it will be great. I think I’m going to make it a part of my life. Ive got some great projects underway, so it will be awesome.

Why? Because it feels good? No, because it feels great.

If you’re looking for a new diet plan, I would recommend a low-carb diet. You don’t have to go crazy, you just need to drop a few pounds. The carbs in a low-carb diet are mostly fiber and fructose, which help you feel full and give you a few more calories to burn each day. Because the carbs are mostly sugar and fructose, they don’t make your insulin spike as often.
