I love this recipe because it is so simple, yet delicious. It combines dried cranberries, cranberry sauce, and cranberry relish, and is topped with a simple cranberry coulis. This is such a satisfying summer dish, and I couldn’t imagine one better with a cold glass of wine.
My ciroc cranberry is really good, and there are a couple of ways you can make it. First, you can simply add the cranberry relish to the sauce and let it melt into the cranberry sauce, or you can add the cranberry sauce to the sauce and let it thicken out. If you do mind the cranberries, then the sauce should still be good, and you can skip this recipe.

The recipe is a little confusing for me. I think you want to add a little more sugar to the sauce, but this seems a bit too high for me. The sauce has about eight grams of sugar, so keep the sauce in a plastic baggie for when you get to 7 grams and it will taste like a little bowl of cranberry sauce. The sauce can also run high, so I don’t think it’s a good idea.
