I had a great day today making dinner for my dad. It was our first time together since he had moved out. We had a great time, and he was in the best mood ever. He was joking around, teasing me, and telling me he was glad he was finally in the kitchen.
I’m so happy that we have a father’s day coming up, but I also realize that today we can’t really enjoy ourselves without him there. Fathers day is a day to celebrate the joy of being a father and to appreciate the things he has done for us. As a father myself, I’ve seen how hard it can be for most fathers to step out of their children’s lives.
I’m proud to announce that my little son, James, is finally getting his own drink of choice. I don’t know how many drinks he actually has, but I know that he’ll be drinking today. He’s a man that likes to have a good time, and I’m hoping that he’ll get some of that from my parents. A new father, a new drink.
James has already had his drink. He is very excited and already a little drunk. He has already shown signs of his fatherly instincts. He wants a glass of wine or beer now, and wants to get all the other dads down to the bar to help out. He is also a bit of a snob, so I doubt he will actually be able to help all the dads get down to the bar.
There are other dads in the bar, but they’re all drunk, probably at the same time. If any of them can get to the bar and get a drink and get some of the other dads to help them out, it’d be great. Since he’s drunk, he doesn’t have much of a chance of getting out to help any of the dads, so if all the dads can get to the bar and get a drink, it would just be great.
I just found his bar on Facebook and was shocked when I saw it. Apparently he didnt want to join the men in the bar and just let the other dads just get drunk.
