As it turns out, we have a little more self-awareness now. There’s a lot more of us out there with a little bit better self-awareness. The problem is that we’re all too often unaware of our own self-awareness. So we don’t know what’s bothering us, and we can’t stop ourselves from doing things we don’t want to do.
