I think we are a little overstating the importance of self-awareness. We might like something nice and easy to do, but if we’re not aware of what we’re doing we might end up making some mistakes.

It’s been shown that the ability to self-awareness is a necessary component for a good life.

What self-awareness means is different for different people. Being aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions can be a major step in building your own sense of personal power and awareness. So for some people, the patio setting might be good for them, but for others its a little too simple. That’s okay though. Self-awareness can make us better people.

I think the most important element of self-awareness is when we say “I’m aware of my own power and my own worth.” What makes you aware of your own power is how you are using it. Your self-awareness isn’t a matter of “I’m smarter than you, so I’m better than you.” Self-awareness is about how you are using your power positively.

When you say yes, you can always tell someone how to do things. If you aren’t sure if you know something is up, you can do it. If you don’t know what to do and you don’t know how to do it, you can do it. If you don’t know what to do, you can do it. You can’t do it, because Im not smart enough.

It is a great thing to do when you are on autopilot for so long, but if you are on autopilot for so long, you can’t do it.

I know that there is a difference between self-awareness and meta-awareness. One is about knowing what you are doing, the other about knowing how you are using your power. I think the latter is a much more powerful ability. But as far as I know, there is no way to have a clear picture of what has happened in your life when you are not even aware of your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions.

I think the main problem lies with our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. When we don’t even know what we are doing we just don’t do it. We become lazy and don’t care what happens to us.
