The only thing you can do about this is to drink a lot of water. Drinking a lot of water when youre in a new place is the most natural thing you can do. Not only do you not sweat, but you dont really feel any thirst. You actually feel less thirsty now that youve had a full day of running around, socializing, drinking, and so on.
At least in theory, water is the most natural way to drink. But actually it can be one of the hardest things to get down. Many people are so afraid of feeling thirsty that they dont drink water, or even just drink the plain water that comes with their drinks. There are numerous studies going on right now to determine if there is a correlation between being thirsty and drinking water.
I am not a proponent of this trend, but I have been known to drink a nice glass of water almost every day now. The best part is, it doesn’t seem to make me more thirsty. It just makes me feel like I am, because I am.
