I’ve been playing tennis since I was six years old and I’ve been writing my name in the top left corner of the answer sheet for years. I’m now 36 years old and I still have my tennis career written in my head.
I hate tennis because it’s the most fun I’ve ever had. As a kid, I played with a couple hundred people, and my dad would send me to the park one day when I was just 8 to go to the beach. I knew I was going to get lucky and pass out, but I had so many people playing that I didn’t want to go out on the court. I started to play again.
I still have a bunch of memories of this tournament played in my head, including a couple in which I was so scared that I had to ask for a breather. I was 7 at the time and I had been playing for about six minutes when I felt someone grab me and drag me out of my chair. I was like, “No, the umpire is still there!” I was so scared I tried to run, but the umpire chased me.
The umpire is a special referee who has a set of tennis balls and who has the power to call a game or end it. When he called that game, he didn’t just call the umpire. He called the entire match. He knew what everyone was doing, so he could call the umpire’s game too, which would have ended the match. This was a big tournament, and he was probably the only person in the entire world who knew to do this.
The whole concept of a tennis referee is a little creepy. But the umpire is here to help us. So why didn’t I just use my own special football ball? Because the umpire is on another planet. He’s here to help us, not help us kill each other.
The umpire is a part of the tennis universe. The umpire is the one who decides the game’s outcome. The umpire is the last person on earth who knows about the rules. So, what’s the difference between a human and an umpire? A human is a human, and the umpire is a human too.
Now for some fun facts. When you are an umpire, you are basically a guy who is the arbiter of the game. The umpire decides the next point after the first point. That’s right. When it comes to playing tennis, we are really nothing but robots. We don’t even have a brain to go with it. Our job is simply to hit the ball with the racket. The most important part of our job is actually staying alive. So, when the umpire says that a game is over, we have to hit the ball. But before we do, we have to decide if we are going to hit it at all.
