Alcohol has no calories, no carbs, and no sugars. That’s about it. The only thing that really matters about alcohol is the flavor. It gives alcohol taste, and that’s all. It doesn’t matter what time of year or how much you drink, the only thing that matters is the flavor. Once you get used to the taste, you won’t even notice the calories.
So don’t drink too much. I know this is a vague statement, but you shouldnt drink too much. If you need to, you won’t feel the effect of excess alcohol. If you want to, you should take a break from drinking.
Well, that’s a very vague statement. So we need to get this straight. You want to stop drinking? Well, stop drinking all together. You dont care about alcohol, you dont care about calories, you dont care about flavor and you dont care about calories. What you care about are the calories. So stop drinking.

When I was a kid I would often drink a lot of alcohol to get drunk and then when I was sober I would often take some of the alcohol with me for a few days before I went to bed. For some reasons I don’t remember, I was not drunk at all on these occasions, but rather my body was feeling the effects of the alcohol before I could get to sleep, and so I would take a couple of bottles of wine and vodka that evening.
Nowadays, you can get a drink of vodka that’s as good as vodka that’s as good as anything. I can see why you might be hesitant to try it. It has a lot of alcohol in it. And vodka has a lot of alcohol. Also, it’s pretty expensive.
