The average person knows when soda and other sugary drinks are no longer good for you. They do this by looking at the expiration date on the bottle.
What happens when you stop to think about what is happening? Nothing. You continue drinking.
We’ve all had the experience of drinking something that you know is bad for you, then noticing that your soda just expired and you’re so happy you didn’t have to pay for it. We usually think we’re doing something wrong because we feel like we’re being forced to buy something that no longer makes any sense for us. The trouble with this is that this feeling is just based on fear.
Well, the trouble with this is that this fear is simply based on fear. The fact is that soda has a long history of being abused by its manufacturers and marketers. In fact, most soda is just carbonated water. The trouble with this is that some people seem to think it’s okay to drink soda without thinking about how it actually makes you feel.
The trouble with this is that Coke has basically been doing this for a long time. They have no real plan for how to change this and they don’t care because they want you to drink their soda. I’ll admit that I would think it was a coincidence that a person who drinks soda on a regular basis will die. The most obvious thing is to avoid soda. I could go on and on about how soda can be a terrible diet. If you are eating an apple pie for lunch every morning and don’t realize you’ve been drinking soda for the past few days, then you would probably be eating a soda.
