The fact is that our parents are responsible for making us feel, and we do.
So you may be wondering, “How could I not give my dad a Father’s Day cocktail?” You can’t.
That said, as a single dad, I do not have the luxury of being able to buy all the ingredients for my dad’s favorite cocktail. But since he’s had me since the day I was born, I thought it was only fair to give him a fathers day cocktail.
So I went ahead and bought, as many ingredients as I could afford, and made a dad’s day cocktail. Now, I have yet to hear back from my dad. But it didn’t take me long to think of other ways I could give him a fathers day cocktail.
In the past five years I’ve been fortunate enough to have been the proud father of four children. As such, I have taken the liberty to purchase a bottle of his favorite vodka, named by my friends “the vodka that won’t kill me.” I added some ginger, a bottle of rum, and a bottle of tequila for some extra punch. I’ve also spent a good amount of money on gifts for my children.
The best part about gift-giving is that it’s one of the few things that I really enjoy doing. I enjoy talking about my kids, and I enjoy watching them grow and change from a young age. I like to think of them as “the little things.” We have been fortunate that my kids have been very close to my heart and I have been able to provide for them and their needs.
The only things I don’t like about my own gifts are the fact that they look like they’re going to be bought by my parents or my parents’ kids. I like to think of them as the big family.
I think what I like best about my own gifts are the things that I receive from my family. When I make money I like to think of it as a gift from my family. When I make something for Christmas I like to think of it as either a Christmas gift or something my family got me. I have a gift that was given to me by my dad.
Father’s day means a lot of things to many people. Gift giving is one of those things. Gifts from your family are another. Gifts from other family members are another, and so on and so forth. I have a gift from my father named Darryl. It’s a gift that I have received from him before he died. His gift was a bottle of liquor that is also a gift from his father. It’s a gift from my dad.
Fathers day is a day that is celebrated by many people. It is a day that is supposed to be a time to remember those who are gone and to express their love for them. The day is also a chance to celebrate someone who lived a long life before passing away. Darryl’s gift was a bottle of liquor that is also a gift from his father. It is a gift from my dad.
