I am always in the mood for a good book when I’m not doing my homework, so I decided to check out all of the books that I could find at amazon.com and I came across this book. The author is Helen Detroya, and she is a writer in the self-help genre and the author of a self-help book entitled “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness”.

I have a feeling that those with self-awareness might find this book more accessible than those without. It is definitely a recommended read for people that want to learn more about the inner and outer workings of this discipline, but it may be a great resource for people that want to keep doing what they do. The book is also interesting for those that have some familiarity with Buddhist teachings, as well.

What makes a good therapist? I have a feeling it’s something different for everyone. For some, it would be someone who is good at talking with us about our relationships, our work, etc. For others it might be someone who is good at helping us to be more conscious of the world around us.
