I’ve been trying for a long time to figure out what a tonic is. I mean, for the longest time, I was convinced it was some type of drink where you’d take in your vitamins, and then drink it with a bit of alcohol to make it more palatable. But that’s just a bunch of buzzwords that I’ve heard all around the Internet.

What is it about tonics that make them so popular? Well, the fact that they are generally sweetened is one of the main reasons. But the other reason is that tonics are supposed to be taken with a drink. So people just assume that drinking tonic will help you feel better, or at least that you should do it. What I mean is that tonic is essentially a drink.
That being said, tonics can actually make you feel better, even if you dont drink it. Ive had my tonic for several years now and it has been the primary source of my energy. I don’t do very much exercise, but I do still drink some.
I guess I should have just said that because tonics are drinks and not drugs.
