Even if we feel like we’re stuck, changing what we do is like making a habit out of doing something for the first time.

If we can all just start to realize that we are in a rut, we can then change our pattern of doing something every day until we start to realize that we’re on autopilot. If we try to change habits on autopilot instead of conscious awareness, we end up doing the things that we do unconsciously and we end up doing them way worse.

The real problem with our current pattern of thinking is that we think that we need to change our habits. There is no need to change our habits if we are in a state of “autopilot.” The problem is that by thinking that we need to change our habits, we end up doing the things that we do unconsciously and we end up doing them way worse.

We can’t change our habits, we can only change our minds. If we want to change our habits, we need to change our minds. The trouble with this is that changing our minds is hard, especially if you are not an expert.

And we all know that if we just think about something for a little bit, it changes. We have to take advantage of this fact to try to change our habits.

Although it can be very effective, meditation can also really strain your ability to think clearly. It’s like trying to talk to someone who’s not very intelligent.

You’d think that meditation, a time-consuming practice, would be the hardest thing to do, but it’s actually quite easy. It’s a skill that requires practice. The first step is to accept that you don’t know why you’re doing something, and that you might be doing something you weren’t expecting to do.

This is the best way to go about it. Though it could be good, it’s not. And I love it.
