I’m sure we’ve all seen the cartoon with the old guy who’s just sitting on the sidewalk, chewing on a toothpick. He’s not aware of the fact that he’s a zombie, but he’s still chewing, so he’s still in pain.
The problem is we don’t know why he’s still chewing on his teeth. It could be that he was recently bitten by a vampire, but if so, the vampire would not have left any clues.
It could also be that the toothpick is just not working anymore. The old guy might be able to hear the sound of your toothpick, but how is it even possible for him to know that its been chewing on a toothpick for a while? We know that the old guy is a zombie because his ears are completely numb, but we don’t really know if his brains are just sitting in his head.
In his last days he has been bitten by a zombie, which would make it unlikely that he has any of the other symptoms of zombiebite, namely: a slow heartbeat and coughing.
It’s possible someone could have bitten him and then he still might know that he was bitten. The old guy might be a zombie, but he may have brain damage from an attack.
You might think that just because the old guy is a zombie that he would have a slow heartbeat, but that is not the case. As long as you’re on Deathloop, you’ll be constantly on the lookout for other zombies that are slow, so you’ll definitely notice when you see them.
It’s also possible that the old guy has been bitten and his brain is still in tact. While the infection has taken him over, he may have been left with some lingering brain damage, so maybe the symptoms are more akin to an old man with a brain injury who is just now becoming aware of the fact that he’s a zombie. Either way, it’s good to know that this is something that can be treated.
As you may have heard, there are various treatments to stop the onset of brain damage. Some can involve a shot of prescription drugs, while others may involve surgery. The treatments are not permanent, but they can give you a chance to live a little longer. In particular, the treatments allow you a chance to return to a more normal life and make things easier. That is why the old man was given a shot of prescription drugs.
The old man is a character that is a character in the game. In an ideal world, he’s given a shot of the best drugs available which will stop his brain from exploding at the start of the game, allowing him to return to his normal life. However, these shots can be very damaging, and for the old man they were definitely damaging. He was given a shot of prescription drugs that will make him crazy, but they also killed him.
